Reservations

Reservations for weekend activities at Hallowood should be made as soon as possible. Typically, weekend events are scheduled six months to a year in advance, but vacancies sometimes arise. Weekday events need to be scheduled two to six months in advance. Our fee schedule can be found here.

We welcome telephone and e-mail inquiries, but a reservation form must be submitted, along with a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total group fee, to confirm a reservation.  Please try to estimate the number of guests accurately. Hallowood may not be able to accommodate more participants than have been included with the reservation.

The final number of guests must be provided two weeks before the date of arrival.  A  final payment shall be made upon arrival at Hallowood.  Only church, institutional, bank, and certified checks or money orders are accepted; personal checks and credit cards are not accepted.
