Policies
A completed reservation form AND non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total group fee is required for confirmation.
The final number of guests must be provided two weeks before the date of arrival. A final payment shall be made upon arrival at Hallowood.
Only church, institutional, bank, and certified checks or money orders are accepted; personal checks and credit cards are not accepted.
Hallowood is an alcohol free property and tobacco free facility. No beer, wine, or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the property.
